REGIONAL INFERENCE
The western disturbance as a trough in mid and upper level westerlies roughly along Longitude 52° East and North of Latitude 20°North now runs roughly along Longitude 56° East and North of Latitude 20°North. An induced upper air cyclonic circulation lies over south-Pakistan and neighbourhood and extends upto 0.9 km. above mean sea level. The lowest minimum temperature over the plains of Northwest-India was 08.0 degree celcius recorded at Agra ( Uttar Pradesh).
