REGIONAL INFERENCE
Cold wave conditions are prevailing at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh and North-Rajasthan. The feeble western disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation between 3.1 & 3.6 km above mean sea level over North-Pakistan adjoining Jammu & Kashmir now lies over Jammu & Kashmir and neighbourhood at 3.1 km above mean sea level. A fresh western disturbance is likely to affect the Western Himalayan region from 24th November. The lowest minimum temperature over the plains of Northwest-India was 04.5 degree celcius recorded at Adampur ( Punjab) and Churu & Sikar (Rajasthan).
