REGIONAL INFERENCE
The western disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation over North-Pakistan and adjoining Jammu & Kashmir and extending upto mid-tropospheric level. The trough at mean sea level from Northwest-Rajasthan to North costal Odisha across North-Madhya Pradesh North-Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand persists. The upper air cyclonic circulations over Southeast-Rajasthan and neighbourhood extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level persists.
